I just want to say that gender is different. Everyone has their own nuances. And it affected personally.
For example, I’m not too upset if a  unknown  person call me a girl. Or make a mistake with my character’s gender. In case of an  mistake, I will correct it politely, because the person doesn’t know me and may not be aware of all the nuances.
However, the YCH - the general concept. And in this case, the description specifies the basic parameters. A complete list of gender simply superfluous in this case. It simply points out what should be the character of this base (tits, dick, or both). Description YCH isn’t directed to “hard” someone and isn’t intended to offend anyone.
